We've had some wonderful family reunions, plus simple, relaxing times in our camper close to home in our fantastic Colorado Rockies. Homebodies and fishermen by heart we love nothing more than a get together with friends and relatives, wetting a hook in a stream, and filling our tummies with great home cooked food. It always tastes better when it's cooked outdoors! Following are just random shots from a few different years of some of our best times while Camping in Colorado.

After having a rain hit about the time we're ready to eat several time, we decided a food tent
was the only way to go.

Not all "camping trips" are fun and perfect, we took the camper to use as our base when
we had to travel a distance to a hospital for my back surgery in Feburary 2010

Breakfast out doors to celebrate "August"....of fruit, baked english omelet, home made hash browns
and mimosa's of course! we carried the camper chairs outside to set at the old
"well head" when we camped at the ranch the summer of 2010. The crowd we run with
doesn't require much to celebrate..... :)
